Why did you open Lollie Tots?
As a mom to a young daughter, I have been tasked with dressing up my daughter since she was born. Like all mothers, I want my little one to look cute and adorable, but functionality is also very important to me. That’s how I’ve always shopped for my daughter – A combination of practicality and adorability, and that’s what Lollie Tots will strive to do for all its customers, finding that balance between unique styles and everyday activities.

We try to find organic cotton whenever possible, because we love the softness and smoothness of the fabric. You will find a lot of organic cotton items in our store amongst many other types of fabrics.

Organic Cotton uses less water than conventional cotton, the primary benefit of organic cotton is that they are not treated with pesticides, and genetically modified organisms, as these toxins are harmful for farmers who harvest them, and for consumers who purchase and wear them, not to mention it is damaging on our eco-system.

We monitor our inventory closely, and we evaluate our need to restock regularly. You can always email to tell us the items you’d like to order and we’ll notify you via email when they are back in stock.

Lollie Tots secured competitive shipping rates to ensure our customers don’t over pay shipping. It is calculated based on the weight of your chosen items, so what you see is what you pay, we are not making a profit on the shipping.
Where are the clothes shipped from?
Our office is located in Pleasant Hill California, all the products are dispatched to our customers from this base.
Where are the clothes sourced?
Our brands are sourced globally. Some brands come from as far as Australia and some brands are home grown right here in the United States. We believe in finding goodness around the world and bring it to our customers.
How often do you have new releases?
We will continue to have new releases within the season and for the new season, so make sure you sign up on our website, and we will send you an email to notify you when new stuff is in!
What is your return policy and process?
We believe in the quality of our products, but we understand sometimes you just don’t care for it. Within 30 days of your purchase date, we will gladly accept your returned item for a full refund, exchange or store credit, and this store credit will never expire. However, discounted items are not eligible for refunds, you may return it for an exchange or store credit.
